These terms cover use of the marketing site and the multi-tenant chatbot workspaces it offers. If you create a workspace, you are responsible for the people you add and the content you upload.

The service

The product lets a business run one or more chatbots, ground them in its own material, and embed them on its sites. Voice is available when the plan includes it. Limits on bots, messages, voice minutes, and storage follow the plan assigned to the workspace.

Accounts

You must give an email you control and keep your password private. You may not use the service to break the law, to impersonate someone else, or to upload material you do not have the right to use.

Plans and payment

Prices shown on this site come from the live plan catalog. The checkout step records that you chose a plan. It does not charge a card. A workspace is created after that step is confirmed. An operator can still create a workspace directly.

Availability

The service can be suspended for maintenance, abuse, or a lapsed subscription. Answers depend on the material in the workspace and on the configured model. They are not a guarantee of a particular business outcome.

Ending use

You may stop using a workspace at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms or the acceptable use rules. Refunds, if any, follow the refund policy.
