Privacy Policy

This site and the chatbot platform collect only what is needed to run a workspace, answer visitors, and respond to a demo or trial request.

Accounts and workspaces

When you create a workspace we store your name, email, a hashed password, and the workspace name. Each workspace is separate. One customer’s documents, chats, and members are not shown to another customer.

Conversations and knowledge

Messages sent to a chatbot, and files a workspace uploads for answers, are stored so the assistant can reply. They are used to operate that workspace, not to train a public model from this placeholder policy.

Voice

A live voice call uses the provider’s realtime audio session. We keep the transcript the product already stores for that conversation. We do not keep a separate recording library under this placeholder.

Marketing site

Email forms on this site save the address, an optional name, and the message so an operator can follow up. Checkout stores the plan you chose and your email. It does not collect a card number.

Sharing

We share data with the infrastructure that hosts the product, such as the database, file storage, and the AI provider configured for replies. We do not sell personal information.
