Acceptable Use

Use the chatbot for your own business. Do not use a workspace, a widget, or a live voice call to harm someone else.

Not allowed

Do not upload malware, do not try to break into another tenant, and do not send unlawful, hateful, or deceptive content through a bot. Do not use voice or text to impersonate a person or a company you do not represent. Do not scrape or overload the service.

Your visitors

If you embed a bot, tell visitors they are talking to an assistant and do not collect sensitive information you do not need, such as payment card numbers or government IDs, in the chat.

Enforcement

We may pause a bot, suspend a workspace, or end a voice session that breaks these rules. Serious abuse can close the account.
