Refund Policy

This site does not take card payments. Choosing a plan records an intent. A person confirms it. Because no charge is made here, there is nothing for this site to refund automatically.

If you were billed outside this site

If an operator invoices you or takes payment on another system, that payment is handled by them. Ask for a refund in writing within 14 days of the charge, and include the workspace name and the date. Unused time on a monthly plan can be refunded at their discretion. Yearly plans can be refunded for unused whole months.

What is not refunded

We do not refund charges that came from going over a limit you agreed to, from content you uploaded, or from a workspace that was closed for breaking the terms.

Trials

A trial, when the plan includes one, ends on its own. You are not billed by this site when a trial ends.
